The shower worked well, but the bathroom was dirty, and the apartment felt cheap and worn. The check-in was awful: I contacted them several times before my stay and got no reply. On the morning I was due to arrive, they wouldn't hand over the keys unless I paid an extra fee that hadn't been mentioned when I booked. When I questioned it, they basically told me to pay or lose everything I'd paid for the non-refundable reservation. I wouldn't recommend the place.

The water wasn't draining properly, which was the main issue, and the apartment could use better maintenance even though it was clean. We stayed in apartment no 3 on the third level. It had three rooms, each with a double bed, plus a living room with an open kitchen that had nearly all the equipment, a sofa, and a place to sit at the end of the day. There were three bathrooms. The owner/host was friendly and replied very quickly.

The check-in was smooth and the apartment was clean, but the shower was clogged. I asked them to sort it out and they said they'd come the next day, but they didn't. We were five, as stated in the booking, yet they left only one roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more, they told me to buy it at the supermarket. The pull-out sofa also didn't work properly. For a company-run place, I'd expect standards and quality checks, even if that might be more understandable at an Airbnb.
