DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Lisbon - Fontana Park

The dishes were fresh, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. Everything tasted excellent. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant team made us feel comfortable with warm, welcoming, attentive service. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend the restaurant. The staff are outstanding, and we'll certainly return.

The bright rooms in the hotel's “new” section had floor-to-ceiling windows, and breakfast was very good. We also used the gym, though it's tiny and really only works for a basic workout. The location is handy for getting around town, with the metro a short walk away. Our first-floor room faced an ordinary street, and the sound insulation was so poor that, even with the windows shut, it felt like people walking outside were in the room. Some things were good, others less so. I'd stay again, but would request a quieter room.

Fabio was a lovely host at breakfast, gentle in manner and attentive throughout. By my second day, he remembered how I like my coffee and made sure I had it. The food was fresh and the choices were varied, clean, and well stocked. There were plenty of staff, all friendly and smiling, and many spoke several languages. As a Hilton Gold Honors member, this kind of service is hard to find. Well done, Fabio!

Having a private terrace at DoubleTree Fontana was one of the best parts of our trip. It was spacious and peaceful, just right for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. Iňes also made our days start on a lovely note with her warm energy and the hearty breakfast she prepared. She brought real care to her work and made the stay feel personal. And that iconic Warm Cookie at reception! It's such a small gesture, but instantly makes you feel welcome, and honestly, you can never have enough 😅. We left with comfortable, sweet memories of the kindness we found there.
