The person who welcomed us was very nice and gave us plenty of useful ideas for enjoying the city. The apartment was comfortable and modern, with all the amenities. It’s right in the city center, near subway stations, downtown, the old area, and interesting historic sites. An amazing place to stay.
The apartment was spotless and just right for two, in a lovely neighborhood. We had a lovely stay, though the bed felt too small and was very hard.

The place isn’t huge, but the space is enough, the renovation is fine, and the interior feels fresh. It’s quiet, tucked around the corner with no street noise, and the owner responds. The kitchen has what you need. A few things bothered me: cold floors, weak water pressure, and no shelves in the shower.
It is close to Largo do Rocio, but getting there means climbing several steps and a steep hill, which makes it difficult for older people or anyone with mobility problems. Younger people may manage. The place is also a bit hidden away, with little activity around, and I found that unsettling when walking there at night.
