Breakfast was my favorite part of the stay, and the restaurant and reception teams were friendly and very helpful. I’ve never seen another hotel staff offer guests boxes for taking food back to their rooms after breakfast. We had an early train, so I told Mafaida Pestanua at reception the night before that I’d miss the amazing breakfast. She offered to have some packed for us to collect at checkout at 6:30, before the restaurant opened. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, and the location was generally good. I stayed for a few nights and would definitely come again.

Breakfast was a highlight of my week at EPIC SANA Lisboa. There was a wide selection of good food, and the service team was attentive and professional. Paulo Cunha stood out for his kindness, care, and genuine hospitality, which made the meal feel special. The hotel staff were warm and efficient from the doorman’s welcome onward, and every interaction made me feel looked after. My room was kept spotless, with fresh linens daily. The housekeeping team deserves credit for the work that helps make a stay here feel so good. I had a phenomenal week, and the hotel brought together comfort, elegance, and warmth. I left with lovely memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

It’s an easy walk to the local mall across the street, and the hotel is quiet despite being close to the downtown action. My 10th-floor room had a back view that could’ve been better, but the peace and quiet mattered more to me. The room was clean, modern, and very spacious by European hotel standards, with lots of storage. I liked the power blinds on the windows and in the bathroom. Staff were fantastic from check-in onward.

The Sayanna Wellness area downstairs was a peaceful retreat, with a naturally lit heated indoor lap pool, modern gym, steam room, sauna, sensorial showers, and a relaxing spa. My massage was restorative, and it was easy to lose track of time in the quiet relaxation room. Upstairs, the 9th-floor rooftop brought a livelier mood, with an infinity pool, private cabanas, and sweeping views of Lisbon and the Tagus River. The food was excellent too, from the generous breakfast buffet to the convention meals. Our group convention stay felt seamless thanks to attentive staff who anticipated what we needed. EPIC SANA Lisboa balanced city energy with deep relaxation, and ranks among Portugal’s finest hotels for me.

The rooftop view more than made up for the one from my room, which wasn’t much. Rooms are roomy, modern, and comfortable, and the food is great, especially the breakfast choices. There’s a decent gym for a workout, plus a pool and spa.
