After about five days here I left for another city over the weekend, then came back to check in again. They remembered my room preference when I returned, which was such a sweet touch. The staff were so kind that by the end it felt like we were friends. It was my first visit to Lisbon. I chose the hotel because the rooms seemed spacious for Baixa and it was close to the main areas, and I ended up loving it. You can hear the tram from the first floor, as other reviews mention, but I was mostly on the third and it didn't bother me. The water pressure is amazing, too. Coming from the US, a boutique place like this would easily cost a lot more. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were on our honeymoon, and they let us check in early, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely start to the stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to help, and the room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast had loads of choice, including gluten-free options. The hotel is well placed for exploring the city, with everything close by. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The room was large, modern, clean, and great. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and keen to help. They could use a bit more experience and training, and staffing sometimes felt thin, though they were always willing to assist. The Baixa location is perfect. Ask for a room at the back if you want it quiet.

The location was amazing, and everyone on staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My husband, our 1.5-year-old daughter, and I loved our stay. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great three-night stay here with my wife. The location is great, and the breakfast is second to none. The customer service was outstanding. Special shoutout to Alyson, Ana, Olga, the two lads at reception, and the housekeeping team.
