The 24-hour reception was important for us, and everyone was very polite and helpful with everything I asked. When I had a car problem, the receptionist even offered to speak directly with my rental company's roadside assistance. For our family holiday, the room was very clean, spacious enough, and bright, with three beds and working air conditioning. Free coffee, water, and biscuits in the room were a small touch, but appreciated, and we got clean towels every day. Breakfast was very satisfying. My one small complaint is that the breakfast lounge is a bit exposed to the weather, though I imagine it's much better in spring and summer. A very, very good experience.

We mainly needed somewhere to sleep and have breakfast before sightseeing, so this budget hotel suited us. It's a fair walk from the city, but two metro lines are five minutes away and get you around quickly. Reception is open 24 hours, and there's a lift for luggage. They often had juice and pastries at reception, which was a nice touch. The room was fine, with excellent air conditioning and okay beds. The shower kept falling off, which was annoying, but usable. Breakfast was basic but had enough choice to keep us fed, including granola, plenty of pastries, cooked options, juice, and hot drinks. They even made us a breakfast box for our early departure on the last morning. Happy to recommend.

The room was clean and reasonably priced, and breakfast was good and free. It wasn't especially convenient for most of the places we wanted to see, but Ubers were cheap. Booking sites say parking is available, and it is, but you need to reserve ahead. For the outdoor parking, drivers of mid-sized or larger vehicles should be comfortable with parallel parking.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and super cozy, and breakfast was incredibly good. We'd definitely recommend it and come back!

The rooms were clean and good, and breakfast was great. It would be better if the soundproofing were improved. The hotel is near a metro station and plenty of bus stops, making it a great base for exploring Lisbon. I'll visit again.
