Hello Lisbon Santos Design Apartments

The rooms were roomy and extremely clean, with comfortable beds, towels, a lovely view, and food and attractions a short walk away. There are elevators too. The one issue was the washing machine leaking onto the floor, so we had to switch it off.

We spent nine nights here and enjoyed it. Big windows made it easy to air out the place, and it was lovely watching the Lisbon Tram pass right below the window each day. It feels almost perfect to me. Coffee or tea and slippers would have made it 100%.

The apartment itself looked nice, but it's an apartment rather than a hotel, and there was very little service. They charged us almost a hundred euros extra for our two children without supplying bedding, towels, or anything else for them. With no housekeeping, the four of us had just two towels for three nights, and one was shredded and full of holes. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The location is okay if you're happy to use Uber to get around, since the only public transport nearby is a bus that doesn't show up for about half its scheduled runs.

The apartment has lots of space and everything you need, and the sunrise view is stunning. I found it a little dark inside. The photos I added were taken from the window.
