The wardrobe was my one concern. It wasn’t very practical or roomy enough for a stay longer than two days. Otherwise, this was a comfortable, dependable choice in Lisbon. The location made getting around convenient, the staff were professional and helpful in finding solutions, and breakfast had good quality and variety. I picked it because it’s a well-known hotel chain, and it lived up to my expectations. I’d consider staying again.

The shower drain was slow, and USB and C ports near the beds would be useful. Still, I had a great stay. Breakfast was good, and the staff were lovely and accommodating, especially Diogo.

The TV was basically unusable. It was meant to be a smart TV with YouTube or casting, but couldn’t connect to the internet, and there was no reception either. The phone didn’t work, so anything we needed meant going down in the elevator to the front desk. Our corner room kept noise from the other rooms out really well. There was an infant crying loudly nearby, but I could barely hear it, even while I was by the wall trying to get the TV working. Street noise came through the windows much more, though, so earplugs are needed if you want to sleep past morning rush hour. The hotel is high up, with most sights downhill. That also means a long, steep climb back at night, unless you take a rideshare like everyone else.

We came back twice and stayed two nights each time. The service was great, and the location worked well for us. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a decent range. Our only issue was the centrally controlled heating and cooling. When outside temperatures were in the lower teens, there was no heating available.
