I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Our room card stopped working twice, and our room was old, while a friend of ours got a renovated one for the same price. It was a large room with a tall ceiling, but very cold, so we ran the old, noisy AC on warm nonstop and still struggled to sleep. Old furniture had a distinct smell, and there was an unpleasant odor at reception and from the bathroom sewer. The toilet seat was too close to the sink to sit normally. There were structural cracks in the walls and even cracked bathroom tiles. A nearby theatre played a commercial with loud music until very late. Breakfast needs to be reserved because there aren't many tables. The hotel is in a good location near the main attractions, and our room was clean. The staff were friendly.

The hotel restaurant became our sanctuary. The food was good and well priced, and eating there let us avoid the touristy restaurants all around. Staff were excellent, breakfast was great, and the location is ideal. The large room was clean and comfortable, though there isn't enough space to store clothes for a multi-day stay. Cars can't reach the street directly, but nearby drop-off points are only a very short walk away. I'd definitely recommend it!

Our suite was comfortable, and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. By Restauradores is an excellent location, and even in the city's historic center our room was quiet, with comfortable beds that let us sleep well. We had an early airport departure, so the hotel packed breakfast for us. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great location and a nice breakfast. Ask for a room facing away from the street with theaters, or you might not sleep much. The bathtub/shower was very slippery and had no grab rails. One person in our group slipped and fell.

The room was fine, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The restaurant downstairs was okay, though there are lots of other places to eat nearby. I could walk to Sao Jorge Castle and Lisbon Cathedral, and Rossio train station was close for a day trip to Sintra. My only real issue was the toilet: a column just a foot in front of the bowl made it impossible to sit facing straight ahead.
