ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Liberdade NE

Vitoria made checkout just as pleasant as arrival, with an efficient and kind send-off. Earlier, Jessica helped us with a few last-minute needs, Ines took care of things calmly, and Guilherme brought a friendly personal touch to each conversation. They all helped the stay feel easy and stress-free, and had thoughtful local suggestions. The reception team were welcoming and professional throughout. They also made a real effort to make my kids comfortable, whether through a kind word, a small gesture, or simply taking time to chat. That warmth made a big impression. The team at Ibis genuinely goes above and beyond, especially with families. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

I trusted the Ibis name when I booked, so finding this shower was a real disappointment. There’s only a fixed overhead head, and you can’t angle it. No basic handheld shower head or hose. I don’t find that practical or hygienic, and I’ve never come across this before in a hotel. All the rooms have this setup.

A good location for the price, with a metro stop about a five-minute walk away. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was spacious and spotless. They’ll also hold your things before check-in or after checkout, so you can keep exploring the city without carrying your bags. Super cute hotel!

I can’t speak to the rooms or facilities because we never made it to the hotel. Our rooms had been paid in full, but our flight was cancelled because of a national general strike in Lisbon, entirely outside our control. We sent official proof of the cancellation, yet the hotel refused a refund and stuck to its non-refundable policy. The hotel and Booking.com passed responsibility back and forth, with neither taking ownership even though we didn’t receive the accommodation service. This is only about how the situation and communication were handled, not the hotel itself.
