Industrial Lisbon Apartment - Adults Only

Kamil, Julia, and Karolina replied quickly whenever we contacted them through the app, and Kamil spent time going over the map and sharing helpful ways to explore Lisbon. We stayed six nights in the Patio bedroom and loved having a patio, a large living room with three big windows, lots of storage, and a very comfortable, oversized bed. The shared bathroom was used by one other room, though we hardly crossed paths with those guests. The kitchen had everything for cooking, plus coffee and cookies. Jardim do Torel is right next door, with lovely city views. The apartment is wonderfully placed for getting around on foot, while still being quiet at night. This was our favorite Airbnb stay, and we’d book Industrial Lisbon Apartments again if we return to Lisbon.

Kamil did respond, but the whole booking experience was frustrating. I switched the card I was using to reserve the room and was charged a transaction fee. Then I found a cheaper option, cancelled, and got charged another fee. I was told I had agreed to these charges, but they weren’t clearly explained when booking, so read the fine print carefully.

Antonina contacted me on Whatsapp to check when I’d arrive, then met me at the building because it wasn’t easy to tell which one it was. She showed me how the keys worked, which I appreciated. The hosts communicated well throughout, and Antonina can also help arrange tours or suggest restaurants and attractions if that’s useful. The place itself was very clean, with a modern shared kitchen and only four rooms, so it stayed quiet. Great location too. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The hosts were genuinely kind and helpful, which made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The apartment is in a great spot and the kitchen has plenty of equipment. A really good place to stay in Lisbon, highly recommend.
