Inn Fashion Residence

The reception service was excellent, and the rooms were small but pleasant and clean. We weren’t told that the building was undergoing major refurbishment, which was noisy.

The bed and shower were good, and the place was comfortable and clean. The shower enclosure is small, though, and water gets onto the bathroom floor. The air conditioning is digital. Nearby there’s a large avenue with lovely designer shops and plane trees lining the squares. The TV was disappointing because it didn’t work.

The location was the one good thing. My room was small, with a wall just two meters from the window and a whirlpool tub with rust around the edge. Cleaning was poor, especially when I arrived. Luckily, I was only there for two nights.

The location is very central, with a metro station nearby, and the price seemed fair for what you get. The rooms are a decent size and renovated, as is the bathroom, but don’t expect a view. This is a hostel with the basics rather than a hotel. There’s no lift, and the stairs up are quite steep, so it may not work well if you have children or bulky luggage. The Wi-Fi came and went.
