We arrived early in the morning and check-in was quick and smooth. We’d booked 2 nights but ended up staying just 1. The staff were extremely friendly and kept checking that we were comfortable. Breakfast had a lovely range of options, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. There’s also a one-time 15% discount for guests at the restaurant, a nice extra. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to the main street with the designer shops. I highly recommend it.

On the day before our last, Diana left us a little note and some special pasteis, her favorites, from the place she thought made the best ones in Lisboa. That thoughtful gesture was a lovely part of our 5-day stay. Diana, Gilberto, Nila, Margarita, and the rest of the team made our special time in Lisboa feel like a real treat. Sorry we can't remember everyone's names. The service was so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, better than most hotels in Paris in my opinion. The rooms were good, and everything was within walking distance. The location and service were both perfect. I’m not sure if it’s officially a five-star hotel, but the service certainly felt up to that standard. I loved staying here and will return. Thanks again for a fantastic experience.

There’s construction on the street beside the hotel right now, which makes the area directly below it a bit less pleasant. The room was clean and medium-sized, with a huge, comfortable shower. It’s convenient for getting around, close to the metro, buses, and the main boulevard with designer shops. The restaurant, nightlife, and shopping area is about a 15-minute walk away. A good choice if you want a city hotel with breakfast, meeting rooms, and a gym.

Breakfast was included, with gluten-free bread and other options for anyone avoiding gluten. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the room was serviced every day. It’s near plenty of things but away from the loud areas. I loved staying here and would come back!
