Lisbon Old Town Hostel

The first luggage locker I tried was easy to pry open because its lock didn't work properly, so check that yours is secure after locking. The lockers are useful if you need to leave bags before check-in. The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Check-in is entirely digital, so the only person we saw was the woman cleaning the rooms. Our room was comfortable and the noise was tolerable. I did wish the bathroom had towel hooks or racks, plus somewhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower.

The place was clean, easy to access and in a fantastic location. They have luggage storage, which could save you from paying to leave bags elsewhere. But we never received the email with entry instructions, and repeated emails got no response. We called once we were in town and were given the information. By then, we had already paid 25 Eros to store our luggage.

The rooms and apartments open with pin codes, which made arrival very convenient, and there are lockers for bags if you get there early or leave late. Rooms are a little small, but clean, nicely detailed and up to a good standard. A great choice overall...

The coded entrance was easy to use, and there's free Wi-Fi. The room was clean, with a nice bathroom and a small kitchen stocked with amenities, tea and coffee. I'd stay again.
