Friendly service, and the location is close to the metro and city centre. The room was small, but it got cleaned every day, which was a big plus. Good value for money, although ours was near the street and a bit noisy from outside.

We booked this place for just a few hours before an early flight because of its airport connections and convenient location. It was on the cheaper side even at the last minute, with food spots within walking distance and controlled access to the unit, which felt safe. An older gentleman manages the place and was available for help and directions, even when we left at 3:15 am, he was at reception. The downsides: the toilet area was so cramped there wasn’t enough room to sit properly, and the walls clearly needed basic repairs. The flooring needed work too. It was clean and there were no bugs, but the balcony seemed open from the side for outside access, though I’m not sure if that was intentional or if it was broken. The neighborhood was kind of noisy even at 2 in the morning. This isn’t a hotel.

We didn’t feel safe in the room. The balcony window would close but wouldn’t lock, and balconies on both sides made it seem possible for someone to climb across and steal our things while we were out. The outside shutters could be opened from outdoors too. We explained the problem to the administrator, but he said the balcony had to lock and everything was working. When we went back to the room together and showed him it wouldn’t lock, he brushed it off, saying it had never happened and nobody had ever stolen anything. There was also a sign saying the administration wasn’t responsible for belongings left in the room. We felt uncomfortable leaving our things there and uneasy sleeping. We asked to move rooms. The administrator said there were no rooms available at the same level, though a more expensive room with a private shower was available. He reluctantly gave us a small discount, but because it was late and we had no other option, we still had to pay extra. We believe the rules meant we should have been given a free replacement since the problem wasn’t our fault. The rooms were in terrible condition, apart from the staff’s attitude. There was no soundproofing, so you could hear everything. The supposedly upgraded room with a private shower was awful, and the shower didn’t have a proper door, just something like a cardboard curtain. The whole area felt unsafe. We stayed two days, then moved to a much better hotel in a nicer neighborhood for the same price.

Convenient location for getting food, but the room was dirty. I found a bug on my bed.
