The location is great, though the place was very dirty.
4/10
I wouldn't recommend staying here.
2/10
The patio was badly overgrown and neglected, and the apartment was extremely filthy inside. There was mold in the shower, on the walls, and along the baseboards, and the windows were dirty. The blinds wouldn't open, the chairs were broken, and the air conditioning didn't work. Even the staircase had come loose from the wall, with a screw pulled right out. The photos make it look lovely, with a multi-level loft and a great terrace, but the reality was nothing like them.
4/10
Not great, and there isn't much choice around.
