We left immediately and booked somewhere else. I’d tell people to stay away, especially females. The listing says there’s 24-hour reception, but when we arrived the building was locked and unattended. We waited outside for about 45 minutes, repeatedly calling the contact number before anyone came. Once we got in, we were taken to a windowless basement room that looked nothing like the listing photos. It had no ventilation and felt stale and oppressive. The bed was a very thin mattress on a bare metal frame, more like a jail bed than hotel accommodation. We were also told about a shared unisex bathroom for around 20 guests, a major detail that wasn’t disclosed in the description. Those are fundamental parts of a stay and would clearly affect a booking decision. The difference between what’s advertised and what’s actually provided is stark. This is not a 2 star hotel as claimed. The listing is misleading, do not book.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome. We only stayed a few days, but had a lovely time. The metro is just a minute away, so the location worked perfectly. I’d definitely come back.

There’s a little local market on the corner, with cafes and shops nearby, and the walk to the metro is flat and only about two minutes. The rooms were clean, and lockers were included at no extra cost.

The prices were very affordable, especially for a place this clean and well run. The building itself is old, but inside everything was kept in great shape. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and tidy, so we felt comfortable right away. The location made it easy to get around by public transport and reach points of interest. Staff were polite and happy to help whenever we had a question. It was a really good stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a friendly, good-quality place at an economical price.

I’d only booked a few days at first, but ended up extending my stay because I felt so at home. The manager and the rest of the staff were efficient and professional, and the place felt comfortable.
