Great location, and the rooms were clean. The studio was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The bed works for a couple but isn’t big enough for two adult friends. A longer shower leaves the whole bathroom wet. The staff were okay and helped when problems came up. Check-in and the price were fine.

The location was excellent, but the room looked bigger in the ads than it was. The elevator was always out of service, so good luck getting heavy luggage upstairs.

As a woman traveling alone, I need to feel safe, and this place left me stranded and unsupported. I can’t recommend booking here. Their digital pre-check-in system wasn’t working, so I couldn’t complete it before arriving. Support’s answer was to use an unmanned check-in machine when I got there, in the middle of the night, with nobody to contact. I asked them to find another option or at least cancel the booking right away so I could find somewhere safer. They ignored me. I didn’t feel safe going to the property and had to book a last-minute hotel elsewhere. Their system failure caused this, but they still refused to cancel my reservation. It’s been almost six months, and despite countless attempts to reach them, I still haven’t received a refund. This was a terrible check-in experience and a serious failure of customer care and safety. Save yourself the stress, sleepless night, and money, and stay somewhere else.

Don’t book here. The lift doesn’t work, but they advertise that they have one. They offered no solution, refund, or compensation, and the customer service was extremely bad. At the very least, they should have someone to help carry bags upstairs. We had two heavy bags and had to haul them to the top floor ourselves.
