Facto has such a warm, friendly feel, and everyone I've dealt with has been lovely. The staff seem to enjoy being there, and the playlists deserve a mention too. Everyone's got great taste in music. I've been coming for about five years and only just realised I hadn't left a review. The whole team is talented. Raquel is my top recommendation: she's a brilliant colorist and hairdresser, listens closely to what you want, and pays great attention to detail. My hair has never looked better, even though I only get to the salon a few times a year. She's especially good with blonde hair. When I couldn't book with her, Aryanna did a great job too, and Tiago and Neila have each given me excellent cuts.

Gina recommended what would work for my hair and did a fantastic job. It felt silky and sleek afterward, and I was so pleased with the result. I'm visiting from Ireland, and the haircut with wash and blow dry was a very reasonable €50. Gina is from the UK. I'd happily recommend her.

Aryanna gave my hair a whole new lease on life, and I'm so glad I got an appointment with her. For fresh color and inspiration, and to leave feeling beautiful, this is the salon. Highly recommend.

I barely knew what I wanted when I first came in, and couldn't give Antony much direction. He somehow understood what would suit me and gave me the best haircut I've ever had. His skill is seriously impressive. I felt at ease right away. He was patient, showed me how to recreate the style at home, and offered a few different ways to style it. The salon felt relaxed and fun while still being professional. I'm so glad I found it, and I'll definitely come back.
