The way the duplex was managed was disgraceful. We stayed over the weekend of April 2026, and in my departure review I said I was happy with the stay but that the place needed maintenance. Then, to my surprise, they took €500 from my deposit, claiming we had burned a sofa cushion. I told them repeatedly it wasn’t our responsibility, but they kept insisting it was. I’m grateful to Booking.com for sorting it out promptly, since I booked through them. Poor management.
