ME Lisbon by Meliá

Mafalda deserves a special thank you. She was warm, professional, and attentive, and her kindness and positive energy really made a difference. The hotel itself felt relaxing and spotless, with beautiful rooms and care taken over the details. We felt at home, and the stay was even better than we expected. I’d gladly come back.

New Year’s at the Meliá was made special by Gonçalo and Bruno at the Arctic Bar Restaurant. Even with the busy holiday service, they stayed friendly, attentive, and upbeat, and made sure everything felt easy for us. Their care and professionalism made the evening stand out. They’re a credit to the Meliá brand and deserve recognition and chances to grow. I’d happily return to the Arctic Bar Restaurant and recommend it.

I keep coming back to Meliá year after year because the attention to detail makes each stay feel as smooth as I hoped. Luis at the restaurant really stood out. He clearly cares about doing the job well, makes sure guests are happy because he wants to, and meets every request with a smile. Nothing seems to be a problem for him, and he always finds a solution. He’s a gem. Breakfast is terrific, too.

We felt right at home at Me Lisbon, and our little dog was treated so well. She could even come along to breakfast, which was lovely. The food there was incredible, better than most brunch spots around town. The room, location, staff, and all the little details were up to a five-star standard. We’d definitely come back, and a big thank you to everyone who made the stay so welcoming.
