The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated. There were no sockets near the bed, and the bathroom is antiquated. The hotel itself feels tired and in need of renovation. Check-in was a mess: the computers weren't working, and neither were the lifts. The staff, though, were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful three-night stay. The breakfast was decent, the pool was nice, the reception was excellent, and room service left things clean. There’s also a city tax of 4 euros per person per day. I wish the hotel had been upfront about that charge when I booked.

The pool area was great, and I wish we'd made more use of it. The staff were welcoming, and the location suited us well, close to the train and metro station and a short walk from shops and restaurants. Our room was clean but very warm, and I don't think the air conditioning was working properly. There weren't many sockets. An extension lead let us charge by the bed, but it made the plugs very hot. Some furniture was worn, and the wallpaper behind the curtains was coming away from the wall. One night we got back after 2am and couldn't get into the hotel. There was no clear sign saying who to contact, and nobody was at the front desk.

The area was fairly quiet and the staff were friendly. It was a pretty decent hotel, and we paid $140 USD a night for three nights. I went up to look at the pool but it was just so-so, and I didn't use it. One night I got back around 3:00 AM and found the front door locked. I couldn't see anywhere to swipe my key, so I waited 5-7 minutes for someone at the front desk to notice me. If you order Bolt or Uber, message them to pick you up at the front, not the back.

Good value for the price, with helpful staff. It's outside the center but well placed near the metro and railway stations, and the airport isn't far away. Unfortunately, you can hear planes arriving and departing.
