Portugal Boutique Hotel

They surprised us with sweets and champagne for our anniversary, which was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was very good. It's an elegant hotel with spacious, super clean rooms and beautiful decor. The location is excellent, close to major squares, transport links to attractions, restaurants, and top shopping streets. Well done to all the staff for their hospitality and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We only had one night here as a short stop between flights on our way home, and I really wish we'd stayed longer. We fell in love with the city, and the hotel too. After our long flight from the US, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and big smiles. They helped with anything we needed, and gave us early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, all with a smile. The charming hotel was spotless and right in the city center, close to everything. Every interaction with the staff warmed our hearts. When we came back to the room that afternoon, there were lovely treats waiting for us, such a thoughtful surprise. Breakfast was excellent, with just what you need and outstanding quality. I even saw a staff member checking the food temperature with a thermometer. That level of care says a lot. Don't miss this place. We hope to return.

The breakfast choices are a little limited. We were told dried eggs and omelets could be requested, but nobody mentioned that during the first couple of days. The hotel is in a nice, quiet corner of the Rosario area in Lisbon. Our room was missed for cleaning one day, but they quickly made it right after we brought it up.

The staff were very friendly, and I'd stay again, though it was startling when one came into our room while we were asleep to leave a pastry as a going-away gift. I also found it a little disheartening that the doors don't have peepholes. Breakfast was mainly cold cuts, cheese, bread, and fruit. The location was right in the middle of what we needed, from restaurants and shopping to the metro system.
