Residencial Valentina

We stayed from 16-18 March and were very well looked after by the wonderful owner, who helped us with everything. The room was clean, with fresh towels each day, and tea, coffee, and water were available. We could leave our luggage on our last day and pick it up later, which was helpful. The location is convenient for walking to several places to visit. Thank you for the hospitality.

The location is quite good, close to bus and tram stops, but I was disappointed by our room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, especially at night. Our key barely worked, there were no outlets beside the beds, and the bathroom door wouldn't close.

The woman at the desk was nice, but two men were talking very loudly to each other on either side of the check-in desk. I was put in a downstairs room with no AC, and it smelled like cat pee. There were bars on the window looking out onto debris and bricks, with what looked like a jail next door. The shared bathroom door was extremely hard to shut. The door at the entrance to the ground-floor rooms was often left open. Anyone who got through the front doors could easily reach the guest rooms. I shut it, but found it open again several times. Overpriced for what you get.

The staff member Sandra was the best hostess. I got locked out late, and she came to help me get back in. She was welcoming, gave me suggestions for places to go, and shared her number in case I needed help. The place was clean and comfortable, and close to literally everything. Honestly, this has been the best place I've stayed. I’d definitely come back, all thanks to Sandra. P.S. Sandra, it’s Alaa from last night. You’ll definitely see me again soon. Thank you for everything.
