The room was modernized and comfortable, with big balcony windows overlooking town. Even in this busy part of town, it stayed quiet and private. The hotel was reasonably priced and great. It’s right by the train station and central to everything. Unrelated to the hotel, I’d avoid driving a rental car into Lisbon: there are lots of crazy one-way streets and overnight parking is limited and expensive.

The floors were dirty, and the shower door was missing a section. If you’re hoping to cook, that’s not really possible because basic cooking items are missing. They have several apartments and changed our location at the last minute, telling us to go somewhere else. They’re simply liars, never talk to you, or reply by email. Staying there felt unsafe. Please avoid.
The downstairs toilet broke on our second day and wasn’t fixed for four days. No one explained the delay or offered anything for the inconvenience. I emailed every day and only got, “we will let you know.” We also had no instructions for the appliances, or information about how the breakfasts we ordered worked, so we had to ask. Virtual help is frustrating when something goes wrong and you can’t speak face to face. We wouldn’t stay again because of the toilet issue, especially with plenty of serviced apartments in Lisbon. The location was good, and the apartment was spacious and clean.
Right by the train station for a day trip to Sintra, and close to everything else in Lisbon too. The apartment was beautiful and minimal, very clean, and had all the essentials. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Lisbon.
We had unit 1 c on the lower level, not as nice as the upstairs ones. It was modern, pretty, clean, and new, though sparsely furnished. Cleaning was included daily. The solid windows kept out noise, and extra doors could block the sunlight. The bathroom was quite narrow but clean and new. There were a few small hardware issues: no washing machine or recycling instructions, a loose bathroom fixture, and we may have needed to ask staff to refill the bathroom soaps. The location is excellent, amid several neighborhoods with plenty to see, close to restaurants, bars, and the train station. The area immediately around the building may feel a little more dangerous, though the city generally seems very safe. The public steps down to the lower level right in front of the building are very grimy and need pressure washing, and there’s a lot of ugly graffiti around here and elsewhere in the city. The main problem was that the entrance door wouldn’t shut. We contacted staff through the entry phone and asked twice for it to be fixed, but it wasn’t. We ended up putting Post-its on the door in English and Spanish asking people to make sure it was locked. A code gets you into the building and your room. The unsecured, open Wi-Fi worked fine. It was nice to have a local bar and restaurant downstairs, another across the street, helpful local staff around, nearby bodegas with supplies, and two small supermarkets three blocks away up and down the hill. There was no noise problem.
