Stay away. I woke up in the middle of the night itching, then realized the bed was infested with bed bugs. I had to pay extra fees to get rid of them, and the hotel didn’t reimburse me. After the reservation was canceled, they gave us only an hour to leave. I gave one star because there’s no option for zero. This “hotel” doesn’t even deserve one.

My boyfriend and I were so glad we stayed here during our time in Lisboa. We loved the room, and our host, who lives there too, was friendly and accommodating. The location was impeccable, within walking or scooter distance of everything, and we even took the famous tram back to our stay. I’d highly recommend it for a trip to Lisboa!

The stay ended up ruining our trip. The place was filthy and worn out, with poor facilities and the feel of a badly run old frat house. It was also in a bad location, difficult to find and even get into, and communication was terrible. Don't book here.

Everything was clean and clearly put together with care, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The host was great and the location worked well for us. I'd happily come back! :)

The owner was very helpful and shared lots of useful information for getting the most out of the stay. Service was great, and the accommodations were nice and clean.
