The place was quiet, which I really appreciated. On a short Lisbon work trip, I only had a few days to look around, and staying here put me close to good food and the waterfront.

Filipa was quick to answer whenever we messaged, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities and a kitchen where we made some lovely meals. It's also well located. We'd happily stay here again next time we're in Lisbon, and I'd recommend it. 🤗
The old house has very steep, narrow stairs, so you need to watch your step and hold on. Getting around Lisbon also means being ready to walk. But the location is great, with Bairro Alto's bars and restaurants about a minute away. The train stations and ferry terminal are roughly 10-15 minutes on foot if you'd rather skip the metro, bus, or tram. From the balcony we could look out over the streets, and the bedroom had a view of the Christ the Redeemer statue, the Tagus River, and the "Ponte 25 de April" bridge. Inside, the small living room felt cozy, and the bedroom, kitchenette with a fridge and stove, and bathroom behind a sliding door were all well kept. There was a washing machine too. The apartment was very clean, and Filipa's email and WhatsApp communication was excellent from the start. We got a personal welcome. A perfect stay for two.
The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. Handy location in Barrio Alto, too.
