A great spot, and the room had a kettle, coffee, tea, and a fridge. It was modern and clean, and I really liked the filtered water with free refills. Deborah at reception deserves a mention too, always greeting people with a smile. Thank you.

The location worked really well, near metro stations, attractions, restaurants, and nice bars. The area felt quiet and very secure, and the hotel was beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very nice, and the bar had live music on weekends. Receptionists and staff were ready to help and sort out any problems. Everything was pleasant during my stay in Lisbon.

A few days later, I'm still grateful for the birthday surprise: the hotel arranged cupcakes and a bottle of wine for me. I've never had a hotel do that before. The staff were friendly from check-in, and everyone speaking excellent English was a plus. We were surprised by how perfect the location was, in a quiet area at night, with everything within walking distance and an ideal distance from the airport. I'd recommend it to everyone and hope to stay again on our next visit to Lisbon.

The location was perfect, close to the metro and bus stops, and the room was clean. I stayed four nights and five days, but the air conditioner made a loud noise the whole time and kept me awake. I reported it several times, yet nothing changed for the first three nights. They moved me only on the last night, which felt unfair. I hope they improve the maintenance and how they respond to guest problems.

The place was clean and in a good location, but the room was cold and the water pressure very low. Even with the temperature set above 30C, the control panel didn't work properly and kept blowing cold air.
