A really nice, modern, cosy hotel with several facilities to enjoy during your stay and a personal welcome. Breakfast included local products and was served in a beautiful spot overlooking the garden. The pool being about 30 degrees in May was a surprise! It’s a five-minute walk to the river.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel is laid out really well. Breakfast was good, with everything you need, even though it isn’t a buffet. The only thing to keep in mind is that the sign is quite small, so it was hard to spot from the street and I drove right past. That’s not really a fault, just something to know.

Ribeira House gives you a warm, homely stay in the charming city of Mirandela. The building has character, while the feel inside is modern and comfortable, with a nice local touch. The staff were attentive and their service really showed the region’s hospitality. Breakfast was a highlight, better than I expected and good enough to rival what much larger hotels serve. A superb, personal place to stay in Mirandela.

The rooms were clean and thoughtfully laid out, and breakfast was good. Christina and her staff were so helpful. She can arrange local activities too, like a buggy ride in the mountains with a local guide. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We were a group of 10 and had a fantastic stay. After a day of motorcycling, the pool was a welcome way to cool off. The rooms felt modern and comfortable, and the hotel was great. The owner and staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
