This isn't a hotel, but the rooms are very clean and roomy, with key entry and enclosed balconies. They're on the top floor of the tallest building on the islands, and there's a lift. From my room I could see the sea and coast across from the marina. It had one double bed and one single, a TV, and a separate shower and toilet. There's a large shared kitchen and lounge area if you need it, plus 24/7 security downstairs. The welcome email explained how to get the key outside staffed hours clearly in English, though I don't know if it's available in other languages.

For the price, this is really good value. The place is super clean, has everything you need, and offers great views from both the rooms and the shared area. It can be tricky to find the entrance the first time, but follow the instructions carefully and you'll get there. The sound insulation is poor, so bring earplugs. Maybe because it's such cheap accommodation, some neighbours can be pretty inconsiderate.

The property was clean, well cared for, and convenient for either a short or longer stay. What made the experience especially good was the service. The boss and staff were all welcoming and friendly. When a small problem came up halfway through our stay, the boss came over personally and called Booking.com with us so it could be sorted out quickly and smoothly. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I came for an appointment at the clinic downstairs in the shopping mall and ended up not leaving the building, lol. There are restaurants right below too. The location is fabulous, and the room was bright, modern, clean, and very comfortable, with its own bathroom and a bed I loved. The views stretch across the whole city. There was delicious cake as well. Bring €1 coins for the coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi. 10 out of 10!

I only stayed one night, and wished it had been longer. The view from the 20th floor is amazing, and the place is very well situated in Ponta Delgada. Micaela helped me while I was there and was so kind and helpful.
