The hosts leave a book of favorite places to eat and things to see or do, with explanations and a Google map you can download to your phone. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with a nice terrace, a great shower, washer dryer, dishwasher, basic kitchen utensils, and a hairdryer. Though it's in the city centre, nights are quiet. It's a great base for a city trip, close to Porto highlights, good restaurants, and cute shops. Ria do Almada is a beautiful street with lots of hip places to eat and shop. Parking can be hard to find. We used a garage nearby, about a five-minute walk, and paid 37 euro for almost 24 hours.

The kitchen had all the basic utensils we needed, and the washer with its dryer function was a real bonus during our stay of a few weeks. The location was good, and it was quiet at night with all the windows shut.

Parking is tricky around here, but the historic center of Porto is close by, and Avenida Libertadores is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small, though it has all the comforts two people need.

I was very satisfied with the stay. The apartment was well decorated and maintained, had all the appliances, and came with a big, comfortable bed. Good location, too.
