We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s in a fantastic spot, close to shops, restaurants, points of interest, and public transport, and most of Porto’s main attractions are easy to reach on foot. The apartment felt comfortable and relaxing, with a good bed and high-quality linens. Daily cleaning was a nice surprise: they made the beds every day and offered to replace the towels, which you don’t always get in apartment-style places. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The main drawback was the hot water. The tank was small, so even after the kids took quick showers, there wasn’t enough left for us. There was a boost setting that was supposed to heat it faster, but it didn’t seem to work. The kitchen was also short on some basics at first, including a spatula and frying pan, and there was only one piece of silverware per person, so we had to wash dishes after each meal. The staff quickly brought the missing kitchen items when we asked.

I loved this apartment and would definitely come back. I was upgraded to their sister apartments and was delighted with how spacious they were and their modern decor. The location was great, and both the bed and couch were comfy. Even the bathroom kit and shower products smelled delicious.

We stayed in the apartments for four weeks, and while they’re fairly new, they have a lot of room for improvement. I asked for things that would have helped with a longer stay, but most requests were turned down. They wouldn’t provide a toaster, saying the sandwich press was enough, so I bought one myself for €19. I also couldn’t get two extra towels, since they allow only one per person. There’s no clothes dryer, which made washing and drying towels difficult. Getting an iron and ironing board took 48 hours and two reminders, and I had to go out with creased clothes. The weekly clean was included, but it wasn’t very good. The lounge is dreadfully uncomfortable, there are no screens so lots of flies get in, and it’s really noisy at night. The fit out, furniture, and furnishings are all very cheap, though cheerful. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable, the linen is nice quality, security is good, and there’s a lift. It looks better online than it does in person. Filipa was very helpful, but “management” limited what she could offer. With so much competition for furnished apartments in Porto, they need to improve. I can’t recommend this place and wouldn’t stay again.

The check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the property was great. The apartment itself was beautiful, with quality materials and a luxurious feel, right in the centre of Porto. Most monuments were within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at "D'Autor Apartments"!!! :)

The apartment was modern, clean, and nicely decorated, with all the facilities provided. It also felt very secure. The staff were friendly, and Filipa was especially responsive whenever I sent a question. A brilliant experience overall. The only small thing I’d change is the toilet paper, which seemed a bit cheap. :)
