The host was easy to communicate with and responded to our concerns right away, making sure we had a good stay. The apartment was neat and very clean, close to many places within walking distance. It’s worth booking with them again. A few things were off: one towel was dirty when we arrived, the stairway light didn’t work, and the hallway bathroom smelled foul. There’s no elevator, so be ready for a number of steps, which could be painful with heavy luggage.
Getting around was easy because the place is close to everything, but the cleanliness really needs work. The bathroom had mold, and I had to shower with the door open because the tiny, seemingly long-neglected vent made it hard to breathe. The towels didn't seem clean enough, and the extra-cost terrace hadn't been cleaned either. The coffee machine also leaked from the sides whenever we filled it with water.
The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and had very good air conditioning. The balcony was small, but four people could fit on it easily. Like most places around there, it's on a hill, though it's close to all the important spots.
We waited hours to get in, and Monica was impolite and didn't answer any of our WhatsApp messages. The apartment was very dirty.
The hygiene was disgusting and it did not feel COVID safe. The service was terrible, and the owner acted childishly and took no responsibility. For the same price, go one street down and find somewhere much nicer.
