I’ve stayed here three times, and every visit has been great. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, and everyone is so helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. I can’t praise the staff enough. This should be a five-star review, and if I could give the hotel 10 stars, I would. 10 stars or more all the way!!!

I got a hotel so I could rest after long days walking around the city, but that’s been impossible here. There’s nonstop construction upstairs from 9am to 6pm, with banging and other sounds echoing through the room. I was even woken up by it this morning. The room itself is tiny, the TV never worked, and from the window I could see straight into people’s homes across the alley. My legs touch the walls when I sit on the toilet. I don’t usually complain about rooms, but this one hasn’t let me get any rest.

The breakfast on the roof was delicious. Our room was cozy, comfortable and clean, and the hotel was wonderful. Thanks so much, I’d recommend it to everyone.

We got a great price, even compared with hostels, and the location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the staff were FANTASTIC, even carrying our backpacks up to our room. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, including a veggie restaurant just two minutes away. I’d highly recommend staying here. It deserves a 3/4* rating.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the pastries. Yum! I was here for work and chose it for how close it is to my conference venue. The location also put me near a great mix of shopping streets, restaurants, bars and sights, and Porto’s streets are beautiful. Staff were fabulous, kind and really helpful. The room was well cared for and exactly what I needed from a two-star city hotel.
