Hotel Vincci Bonjardim

The rooftop bar was a real highlight, with lovely city views and a relaxed atmosphere that made it a great place to unwind. The rooms had a calm, modern design, and the small touches helped make the stay feel special. Everyone on the team was warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. I had a really lovely stay at this boutique hotel in Porto and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The breakfast was delicious, and the cheeses really stood out. Nice clean rooms, attractive exterior decor, and a cool rooftop restaurant and bar. Good hotel.

There wasn’t much of a view, but that wasn’t something we were looking for. The rooftop bar and pool were fantastic, though small, with about 8 sunbeds and no need to reserve ahead. We also appreciated the free bottle of water each day. We were surprised by the staff when we arrived late, and the service was fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern, and well equipped, and the AC worked well. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, better than some five-star places. Booking directly on the website offered incredible value.

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone was polite, professional, motivated, and ready to help, with a great team spirit. The reception and guest services staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and we especially appreciated the birthday cake, balloons, and good wishes. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. Everything was replenished, and they were happy to make us a latte or omelette whenever we asked. We spent a wonderful week here for my 60th birthday. The Vincci Bonjardim is very close to Trinidade metro station, so getting there from the airport with luggage was easy, just a five minute roll. The hotel feels fresh, modern, and very clean, and we felt at ease as soon as we arrived. Our room was just right, with a comfortable king size bed, air con, walk in shower, coffee machine, and kettle. It was peaceful in the room, with no road noise or disturbance from neighbours. The rooftop was a nice place for a beer or cocktail after a long day, and the bar always closes at midnight, so there’s no late night noise. We had a brilliant week exploring Porto, with train trips to Braga, Douro Valley, and Aveiro. Staying at the Vincci Bonjardim made it one of our happiest, most comfortable, and most memorable holidays.
