Alma Candida

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and breakfast was good. Everything was modern and very clean. A great hotel for a short stay.

The view of the hills, church and vineyards was beautiful, and the internet was good too. Alma Candida is only 10 minutes from Spain, and we had a great time there. Our room had a balcony, a private bathroom and a hot shower. The included breakfast was much better than I expected, with coffee, fresh orange juice, bread, meat, cheese and fruit. Parking was convenient, check-in was simple, and it felt well worth the price for an affordable private getaway. I’d recommend it.

Renting a bike and exploring the area was a highlight for me. The views were beautiful, which made the whole stay even nicer. The hotel felt relaxed and welcoming, and everything was comfortable. We had a wonderful time, and I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was just one night. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and extremely clean, with a pleasant shared area and garden. They offer free bikes for a ride along the ecotrail, which seemed like a good idea, though we didn’t use them. The staff were lovely and ready to help, and breakfast had lots of choice, including fresh orange juice. Two small things could have been better: animals are allowed to roam freely in the common areas, and some breakfast items ran out because the staff member serving wasn’t there all the time to replenish them. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
