Palau Central Hotel

We had a really nice week at Palau Central. There’s a driver who can take you around, and getting about from this location was easy. Our room was a good size, the staff were so friendly, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Canoe bar was a good spot for a lively dinner too. We’d recommend it and would stay again 🤗

There are supermarkets just down the road, and Thai and Japanese restaurants close by. Our spacious, comfortable executive room was on the third floor, with a balcony facing the pool area and Rock Island in the distance. The staff at reception and around the hotel were excellent. The location worked really well, with the Canoe House bar next door and a masseuse alongside it. Breakfast isn’t a huge spread, and the fruit depends on what’s available, but you won’t go hungry.

The staff made this place stand out for us. We arrived from the airport at 2 a.m. and found a welcoming, open lobby, with coffee and cookies available anytime. That was such a kind touch after a long day. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and our bed was comfortable. We also had a balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast was much better than I expected, with fresh fruit, waffles, eggs made to order, and stir-fried vegetables. The location is convenient and the prices are very reasonable. This little gem will be my go-to hotel. Bravo, keep it up.

Palau Central is the best choice here, in my view. Everything felt like 10/5, from the excellent service to how nice and friendly everyone was. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are great, and the location puts what you need nearby. It’s really good value for the money. We left to spend the rest of our vacation at another hotel that was supposed to be luxurious, and that was a huge mistake. It felt like throwing money away. Next time we’ll just stay here, because it’s well worth it. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
