Bisinii Hotel Boutique

I've been a client since this hotel opened a few years ago, but apparently that counts for nothing. I'm not going to describe the last issue I had there in February 2025. The basic services are limited, and the people at the counter can't advise guests. Staff seem poorly trained and don't know what they're doing. I also think the cancellation policy is abusive: cancel within the three days before your reservation and you lose 100% of your money. Don't book through apps like Booking, Expedia, or Orbitz, just reserve directly. After I asked for my booking to be cancelled, Orbitz contacted the property to ask if the cancellation fee could be refunded. They tried multiple times, but the property manager wouldn't approve waiving the fee, so the booking rules stood and there was no refund. Orbitz said they were sorry and couldn't do more, since properties often have strict refund policies. Their message was signed by Rochelle G., mnlrgarboso, Orbitz Customer Support Team.
