We never got to stay here. Our reservation was confirmed, but there were no rooms when we arrived. The owner offered a fix by taking us to his father's posada, Nuevo Rincon, though we found it a place to avoid. I wish we'd simply been told ahead of time that there weren't any rooms, even if another option was available.

We arrived with an accepted reservation and were told we'd be sent to his father's place, Posada Nuevo Rincón, with 10,000 GS taken off the price. Given what that posada was like, we should've said no and found somewhere else. Was this deliberate? I hope it wasn't intentional and that this isn't a scam…

It's a private, clean, spacious place, really cute, with a smart TV and a good bathroom. It has all the comforts of home, and the owner is lovely. I'd happily come back again and again 🥰. A few things are missing, though: a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and blender. Still, highly recommended!
