Waterfront Hotel and Apartment

The outdoor pool was a highlight, and both it and the fitness center were well maintained. The pool is a nice place to relax in the sun, and the facilities make it easy to stay active during a visit. These apartment-style rooms have plenty of space, which suits couples or small families who want more breathing room than a typical hotel room. Having a kitchenette is a big plus when you feel like preparing your own meals instead of dining out. The rooms also have the essentials, including comfortable bedding, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi, useful for leisure or work.

The location was the biggest draw for my family and me during our two-night stay in a 2 bedroom Flat. It’s just steps from Beach and Lusail, making it easy to explore other places. We loved the spacious, spotless room, comfortable bedding, and modern amenities. It was also great value that they allowed five guests to visit us in the room. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and quick to help with requests, from the front desk to housekeeping. Sumi was especially helpful from the start. We’re looking forward to spending our next vacation here. We love it ❤️❤️❤️

The Reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist, and their positive attitude made the stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping also did a great job, with outstanding room cleanliness and careful attention to detail. The rooms were clean and well prepared. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel. Thanks to both teams for the great service!

Our stay at the **Waterfront Hotel Apartments** was relaxing, and the apartments were comfortable and well maintained. The team made a real difference. **Mr. Kamil** was warm and professional, clearly dedicated to guest satisfaction, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Mrs.Meme was wonderful with guests too, even though I know she doesn't work there anymore. The difficult part was the restaurant renovation. We had to put up with drilling for more than a month, and the fire alarm was exceptionally loud and distressing. It really scared my children. I understand safety comes first, but the alarm was still upsetting. Even with that experience, the staff's outstanding service means I would still recommend the place.
