Mr Vali Constantin and his team made our stay at the hotel amazing. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and Mr Constantin had our room filled with romantic balloons, each with a word of love in our national language, Portuguese. It was amazing, and we thank Mr Vadi Constantin for making us feel so special.

The staff were very friendly, and the room and bathroom were both huge and very clean. The hotel is in a very good location, with parking right in front. The breakfast area was nice and the coffee was good, though there could have been more options.

Breakfast was very acceptable, and the room stayed warm. Everything was very clean, the location was central, and there was private parking too. So perfect, bravo!

We couldn't get dinner at the hotel on our last night. There was a private function, so residents couldn't eat there, but nobody told us it was closed until we went down looking for food. We ended up having dinner at the Mercure Hotel. Otherwise, things were fine, and the location is decent for getting to the old town.

The breakfast was just average for the price, so eating out makes more sense, with plenty of choices for much less. The room itself was spacious, nice, and very clean, and housekeeping came daily. The location is excellent, and the first-come, first-served parking is a real plus. The sink, though, was so tiny that using it with even one hand was barely possible.
