The staff were really welcoming, and the rooms were clean. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms aren't especially new, but they're kept in decent shape. The staff were very helpful when I had a problem, and I especially want to thank the woman who moved me to another room on a noisy evening. The biggest issue was the restaurant being rented out for outside events. During my four nights there, parties ran well past midnight twice. That's rough when you're traveling for work and need to sleep. I couldn't fall asleep one night, so I asked to switch rooms. The grounds are pleasant for walking, with no streets around the hotel, and it's a nice quiet place to relax. Getting around during rush hour can be difficult, though. With a huge traffic jam near the hotel, no Bolt driver would come, so I had to walk 45 minutes to work.

There’s plenty of green space around Hotel and Restaurant Complex Silva, and the calm setting feels removed from the bustle of Bucharest. The interiors are cozy, and the attentive service made the stay and the dining experience feel relaxed.

The quiet, leafy area in the north of Bucharest made for a peaceful stay, and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly, with Cristina at reception standing out for being so kind, professional, and always smiling. Not every hotel has someone like her. I enjoyed staying here and will come back on my next trips to Bucharest.
