A really quiet, cozy area, and definitely somewhere I'd live. It's one of the most luxurious places in the Pallady area, maybe the most. There are shopping centers all around, a metro station about a three-minute walk from the complex, and parks and a playground inside.

The project has a nice apartment block, good finishes, and a good spot beside pallady mall. But it's far from the cultural center. The apartment door is low and has no hand-locking system, and there are no hallway windows. The blocks are much too long. If you buy an apartment facing inward, you're really surrounded and your view is blocked by other apartments.

It's a nice compound, though there's still work to do. Roads are quite narrow, and there's just one way in and out. There's no visitor parking at all.

The location is fine, but I came back for a visit after a while and was stunned that it still smelled like a farm and garbage. How could someone live there with that smell?
