Emma stepped in when our grad driver from Hanoi to Nihn Binh wanted to charge us much more, and got the price cut in half. She didn’t have to get involved, but she did, and it was incredibly kind of her. The whole staff also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The rooms were stunning, spacious, and very clean and fancy. We had an amazing stay at this new hotel, and the service was fantastic. We definitely recommend it.

The hallway and staircase smelled of cigarettes, and there was incense everywhere. The walls were so thin we could hear everything, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Now I know not to trust this place’s high ratings. It feels like a tourist trap, and I’m never coming back.

It was clean, well located, and the service was quick. The restroom was noisy, though, which is why I took off one star. I’m hoping this feedback helps them fix it. If they do, the rooms could be perfect for tourists and locals. I’d stay here again even with my 4/5 rating.

The owner was kind and helpful with all our questions, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We were in Bucharest for a weekend with our kids. The hotel is close to the center, and our stylish room was very clean, though outside noise was noticeable. It didn’t bother us. Parking right in front can be difficult, but there was always somewhere nearby to leave the car. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room was a large apartment on the top floor, with everything we needed. The property is easy to find and in a very good area of Bucharest. Parking wasn’t a major issue, but you do have to find a spot nearby.
