I've never stayed somewhere this scary. Bugs were jumping around on the bed, and a worm crawled across my blanket. There were so many black dots, which I think were small bugs, and my whole body became red and itchy. I ended up sleeping on three chairs. Honestly, sleeping in my car would have been better. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I received the door pincode in advance and let myself in. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. It's a serviced apartment style place with a big room, lots of natural light, strong AC, a fully stocked kitchen, good wifi, and an okay shower. There's a tram station nearby and metro line 1 is about an 8 minute walk away. Lots of cafes and a couple of supermarkets are close by.

The place was wonderful, and everything went beyond what we expected. We had a great time and found the staff friendly. I'd recommend giving this hotel a try. We'll be back next time. Five stars.

I'm a solo female traveller, and they told me I could check in early, then denied me when the time came. At 4am, I was stranded with nowhere to stay and terrified. This place felt horrible and heartless, so cold. I don't want to give it even one star, but the review requires it. I hope no one else goes through that terrifying experience.

Everything else about the apartment was fantastic. The only problem was that the payment method kept locking my cc.
