The last day took a sour turn: we had no electricity or hot water for several hours. I couldn't shower with hot water, charge my phone, or work in the room, and I was disappointed that nobody apologized or offered compensation. I understand problems can happen even in top hotels, but the lack of acknowledgement affected my stay. Before that, my time at Radisson Blu Cluj-Napoca had been fantastic. I was booked into a Junior Suite and kindly upgraded to a Suite. The room was modern, clean in design, smelled wonderful, and felt carefully thought through, with outstanding amenities. I loved the cocktails at the bar, and the restaurant dishes had great flavor at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was another highlight, with lots of quality choices, including local products, plus a la carte options. I especially recommend the eggs Benedict and French toast. Despite the last-day issue, I'd return without hesitation and would still recommend the hotel for its rooms, attentive staff, dining, and overall experience.

The bar was a letdown too. Their alcohol-free mojito was just lemon juice and sparkling water, and we couldn't drink it. We had a business event here, but the standard fell short of what we expected. The food was poor, cold, tasteless, and came without service, while the service overall felt unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't choose this place again for a business event.

Our stay was perfect, and the room was fantastic. The hotel itself was amazing, and we were upgraded because of our VIP status. That also meant free parking in the car park.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the cocktails at the lobby bar. Ask the bartender what he recommends instead of picking from the menu. The hotel is new and clean, with underground parking, and it's right across from the Arena. Old Town is a lovely 15-minute walk through Central Parc. The front desk team were friendly, quick to respond, and very professional. One small criticism: the shampoo and body wash were advertised as different products in separate bottles, but seemed to have the same smell and consistency.

We ordered several expensive dishes at the restaurant today. While bringing the trout, the waiter spilled sauce directly on me and stained my trousers and shoes completely. All we got was a brief apology, with no attempt to fix things or offer compensation. Very disappointing, and not what I expected from a Radisson Blu hotel.
