The only real plus was the partial sea view from the balcony. We stayed August 12-14, 2024, in an apartment in a block on D25 street, and the condition was very poor. Smells, especially cooking odors from the whole building, came into the bathroom through the vents and were unbearable. The bedroom TV didn't work, its socket was dead, and there was no remote. The open-plan kitchen had two sofa beds, but the walls were swollen and the fridge leaked water. The air conditioner was only in the living area, though it did manage to cool the bedroom too. The balcony door was broken, and I could find just two working sockets in the entire apartment. The hairdryer was melted; when I tried it, it caught fire. There were only four small towels on the bed, so I was glad I'd brought some from home. In the bathroom there was toilet paper and two shower gel sachets that looked like they'd been there a long time, and I didn't dare use them. A complete mess, at a price far too high for these conditions. I don't recommend it. If I can't pay in advance, I'll definitely leave.

I gave it one star because I felt completely misled by the owners. I chose this apartment specifically because it had the highest cleanliness score, but it wasn't clean as promised. The website claimed there were four pandemic safety measures, disinfectant in the rooms and at the entrance, and cleaning by a specialist company. That was a big lie. At the price they ask, I expected four-star accommodation, but the comfort felt like two stars. Shame on the website for allowing this. I hope someone reads my review and the owners stop lying. This kind of thing is why we're a country of liars who only care about profit. Don't stay unless you're fine paying a four-star price for two-star comfort.

The apartment is roomy enough for four adults and two small children, and it's close to the beach. The owner is very kind. It is on the ground floor, so there is no balcony, and clothes don't dry well even in summer.
