We stayed just one night, outside peak season, and the price was fair. The room was spacious and faced the pool, though the mattress was hard. That actually suited my back pain. The staff were friendly, especially the women at check-in, and the location is central. Breakfast was very good, served in a lovely garden with Greek music playing. There was a good variety, with the food Romanians need, plus fruit, yogurt, sweets, and pastries for foreigners.

Roxana was especially helpful, and all the staff at Queen Vera were friendly and ready to help. The rooms were cozy and spacious, and breakfast was filling with lots of options. I’m surprised this hotel is so underrated. It’s two minutes from the beach and close to key spots. Highly recommend!

The only real drawback was the pool. It’s 2 meters deep all the way around, so it was hard to get it warm enough. Otherwise, everything was almost perfect: the staff, rooms, cleanliness, and the rest.

The staff were kind and polite, and the place itself is lovely, with a beautiful sea and a very nice promenade. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses make sleeping a real pleasure. It could use a bit of repair, especially the plumbing, but it’s a wonderful, cozy hotel.

The location is great, just two minutes from the beach, and the place has a somewhat classy, pleasant feel. But the carpet is gross and needs replacing, along with the elevator. The shower glass doesn’t keep all the water in, so expect a wet bathroom floor.
