Hotel Dacor

The restaurant was closed when we were there, and the view from some rooms faces a cemetery. Orastie may not be much of a tourist town, but a hotel should still meet certain standards. The building looks good on the outside; inside, the rooms are a disaster. The long corridor felt like something from a horror movie, with broken light bulbs and about 40 rooms on each floor.

Thanks so much! The rooms were large, clean, and had comfortable beds, fresh sheets and towels, hot water, and WIFI. Breakfast was great, and the coffee was really good. Seven stars for Mrs Lucia at the front desk, and kudos to the lady owner.

The place was warm at night and in the morning, which felt really nice, but it got a little cold in the afternoon. The bathroom needs work, and the doors and windows are tricky and break easily. The price doesn't feel justified until those things are repaired, though otherwise everything was good. One receptionist was very nice and made you feel like she was talking to you as if you were her mom, the blonde one. The other one, well, she isn't someone I'd hire to sell something for me.

I arrived around 11 at night and found the reception empty, with no lights in the windows. When I called, an employee said they were full, even though the place seemed completely empty. The hotel itself is clean, but the reception service was very, very bad. When I stayed the day before, the rooms were cold and there was no heating. I wonder how they checked the rooms. Avoid this place in cold weather!
