HOTEL CRYSTAL WELLNESS & SPA superior

We had a really good stay. The staff were friendly, and the manager was kind to us. They let us check out late so we could spend a few more hours at the pool and spa, which was great. For couples, I'd recommend room 320, with its round bed and lovely balcony view.

The Finnish sauna was a highlight, with a good temperature and a decent-sized electric stove where you can throw water on the stones. Afterward you can head outside or grab a beer at the little cafe/bar in the pool area. The hotel is right in the town centre, and the pools and spa were excellent, including indoor and outdoor pools, a salt pool, and water slides for kids. Breakfast and dinner were buffet meals; the food was okay and we had no complaints. Our room was clean and tidy. Parking is up the street, so drop your bags off before going to park. I'd come back.

The rooms felt a bit tight for two people, though I guess that's a general standard. Apart from that, our event at Crystal Sovata went just as we'd hoped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and Mr.Levi, the hotel manager, worked closely with my team, was always available, and accommodated all our requests. We held a party for our client in the hotel restaurant at the end, and the room was very well prepared; the staff were a pleasure to be around. Special thanks to Mr. Joszi Ivacson, and Mrs. Acs Zsofia, Szasz Anna, Lorinczi Beata, who met all our demands and helped make the event turn out as great as we wanted. I'd highly recommend the hotel for leisure or business, and look forward to organizing more events there.

The heated pools with hydromassage and balneo, the quiet and comfortable setting, and the very good food all exceeded my expectations. The hotel lives up to western standards, with facilities done in good taste. Congratulations to the whole staff. We'll be back with love.
